Information for performance participants

Buses and Trucks

Upon arrival in our driveway, please keep right on access road, follow signs and continue to the North end of the campus. You will be greeted by parking supervisors to aid in parking of the buses and trucks. When you have parked, a greeter will give an envelope to your band which will contain NESBA NORTH ANDOVER wristbands for your students (based on the number in your band) for open access to the facilities.  Restrooms and changing areas are in the High School building. (See Maps)

Staff Cars

Please carpool or take your school bus. Staff must have NESBA Badge to access Staff Parking. Follow directions on Map from A-D.  If parking lot is full, overflow parking is at North Andover Middle School (495 Main Street, take shuttle). Please allow enough time.

General Public / Spectators

Upon arrival, please keep left on access road and proceed into the south campus parking. If available, the parking team will direct you to the closest parking location. If parking is full, the parking team will direct you to a safe spectator drop-off location where you can unload. After drop-off, you will be directed to proceed to overflow parking. We have a shuttle bus from North Andover Middle School at 495 Main Street, North Andover. (See Maps)

Handicapped

Upon arrival, please have permit prominently displayed. The parking team will direct you to the reserved parking area.  

Warm-up and Pit Areas

In your packet at greeting will be a schedule for warm up and pit areas. A map will be included. Please follow signs to locate the warm up and pit areas. We will have floating greeters to help you locate your fields if you are not familiar with our campus.  

Event details

Due to the size of this year’s show, bands are asked to sit on the bleachers on the south side of the field and not in the stands by concessions.

Ticket Prices are 

$15.00 for adults 

$10.00 for students, children and seniors.

Please stop by our concessions stand and enjoy a variety of great fresh food, beverages, snacks and candies provided by our local businesses, including our Food Trucks – this year, The Lucky Pig BBQ and Los 3 Garcia! (See Menus)

Awards

Drum Majors and Color Guard Captains from each band are invited to participate in the Awards Ceremony at the end of the show.  Field positions will be assigned the day of the show.
