Application is open to any NAHS senior who has participated as a band or chorus member, and is furthering their education. Applicants will have shown dedication to and talent in the field of music. They will have made a significant contribution to the North Andover High School music program, and to the larger music community. Typically, there are 5 to 7 awardees, and the value is to be determined.

Résumé
Write a less-than-500 word essay regarding your personal music experiences. You may use, but are not limited to, the following suggested topics:
How has music and your music involvement at NAHS (or elsewhere) influenced your life?
How have you balanced your commitment to music with other aspects of your life? Discuss the challenges and benefits involved.
How will music play a role in your future life?
Your resume should include your years in chorus or band/guard, any instrument(s) you play, special choral ensembles, pep band, jazz band, coffee houses, school musicals, musical participation in Mr. North Andover, etc. Please include any band or chorus leadership positions.
Include involvement with the Wakefield Honors Band, Junior and/or Senior District and All State ensembles, and any other music honors, awards, or recognitions you have received.
Please also include your involvement in and commitment to music outside of school such as in talent shows, musicals, church choirs, community ensembles, your own group/band, private lessons, Acting Out, drum corps (Spartans, etc), UML, UNH or other music camps/programs, music related employment or volunteer work, etc.
